Careers at QBiX
The holding is growing: we’re hiring IT specialists for the office and experienced craftsmen, installers and foremen for sites. Below are the open positions and how hiring works. The holding’s goal for the coming years is to grow from two hundred to a thousand people without losing the discipline QBiX’s reputation is built on.
The list below is updated as new positions open. If your specialty isn’t on the list but your experience fits one of the holding’s directions — write to us via the form at the bottom of the page: a position is often opened for a specific specialist rather than published in advance.

Why work with us
This isn’t a list of perks for the sake of a list — every point below is tied to how the holding actually works inside, and is backed by a specific mechanism, not a promise.
Steady workload year-round
Public contracts fill the tender season, corporate and private orders fill the off-season. There’s practically no downtime between seasons, because the holding works across three segments at once, not just one.
Tasks are set in the system
The work order, deadline, scope and payment are logged in the CRM before work begins. No “we’ll sort it out on site” and no verbal promises — if something changes along the way, the change is logged in the same system, not just spoken between the foreman and the customer.
Official employment and a fully declared salary
Every employee is officially employed, regardless of direction or work format — from an office specialist to an installer on a field crew.
Growth inside the holding
The standard path is craftsman → foreman → direction coordinator. Growth isn’t just talk: it’s tied to a real history of completed tasks in the system, not to who’s worked longest or made the best impression talking to management. A move to a new role is discussed based on that history, not on a manager’s general impression.
Sites of every scale
From a kitchen in an apartment to fitting out a public institution — a variety of tasks, not the same job on repeat. A specialist sees different types of sites and customers instead of running the same scenario for years.
Seven directions, one company
Experience gained in one direction is valued when moving to another: the logic of work orders, photo records and acceptance is the same across the whole holding, so a specialist doesn’t start from zero when their tasks change.
How hiring works
- 01
Application
The form on the site or a CV to career@qbix.kz — mention the specialty and direction so the application reaches the right manager right away.
- 02
Call
A short conversation about the role and terms — usually within the response time listed on the contact page. By this step it’s already clear which direction’s manager will run the next interview.
- 03
Interview or on-site trial
A technical interview for office roles, a practical trial for crews — the format depends on the specialty rather than being the same for everyone.
- 04
Onboarding
Official employment before starting the first task, not sometime during a probation period.
- 05
First task
A work order in the system, a mentor from day one — a new employee isn’t left without support on their first site or project.
How long each step takes depends on the specialty: office and IT roles usually need a separate interview meeting, while for field crews the practical trial often happens right on site, in the same visit as the call.
