01 / QBIX TENDER Active
QBiX Tender
Work with the public and quasi-public sector. We regularly work on goszakup.gov.kz and omarket.kz — from one-off lots to single-source procurement. Every other direction of the holding passes through the tender loop, so a single supplier closes supply, works and services under one contract. Tender arranges and runs the contract, while the relevant direction — Mebel, Service, Clean or Studio, depending on the subject of procurement — carries it out. The direction’s manager monitors lots matching the holding’s profile every day, so a costing for an interesting lot is prepared quickly rather than after the request to review it reaches the queue. We also handle direct requests separately: if a customer already knows they want to run a single-source procurement or one through omarket.kz, the direction helps put the documentation together without waiting for an open procedure to be announced. One manager records all correspondence with the customer and the history of the lot through to the last document — the line of responsibility is not passed between different people during delivery.

02 / QBIX MEBEL Active
QBiX Mebel
Full-cycle furniture work: measurement, design, manufacturing, supply, assembly and installation. Fitting out offices and institutions, retail fixtures, kitchens and built-in furniture for private customers. An order for an apartment kitchen follows the same procedure as a contract to fit out an institution: the same contract, the same estimate, the same checklist-based acceptance. Measurement is done by the same specialist who then runs the project through to installation, so there is never a mismatch between the drawing and what actually arrives on site. Manufacturing is in-house, with no subcontracting of production: this lets the specification change during approval without losing time, and keeps every stage under control — from cutting the material to the final assembly on site. For institutions and offices, logistics for large batches are costed separately: furniture is delivered on a schedule synchronised with renovation or installation work on site, so installation doesn’t sit idle waiting for adjacent crews.

03 / QBIX SERVICE Active
QBiX Service
Installation and physical works: electrical installation, low-current networks and structured cabling (SCS), installing and servicing air conditioners, renovation and finishing works, equipment installation, site maintenance — everything that requires crews on site. We work both on one-off call-outs and on regular maintenance under contract. Crews are put together by type of work: an electrical job goes out with a crew holding electrical-safety clearance, an SCS job goes out with installers experienced specifically in low-current networks, not general labourers. Every call-out is documented with a work order listing the works and materials before the crew leaves the office, so on site there’s never a situation of “we didn’t know we also needed to do this.” For service contracts — regular air-conditioning maintenance in a business centre, for example — a visit schedule is set, and the site gets a maintenance history rather than one-off visits on call.

04 / QBIX CLEAN Active
QBiX Clean
Commercial and private cleaning: office and production facility maintenance under contract, post-renovation cleaning, dry cleaning, apartment cleaning. The service turned out to be in demand from both corporate and private customers — since 2023 the direction has worked in both segments to a single standard. For sites under contract a cleaning schedule is drawn up listing zones and frequency, so the customer knows in advance what will be done and when, rather than waiting for a cleaner to show up once things get dirty. Post-renovation cleaning needs a separate approach: construction dust and material residue are removed in several stages, including washing surfaces and ventilation grilles, not just taking out the rubbish. Sites with restricted access or confidentiality requirements are served by a permanent, dedicated crew rather than a different line-up each time.

05 / QBIX STUDIO Active
QBiX Studio
Custom development: websites, web applications, mobile apps, REST APIs, deployment and support. Stack: Vue 3, Go, PostgreSQL, Docker. QBiX Studio is the source of engineering discipline for the whole holding: this is where the work order, stage-by-stage photo records and checklist-based acceptance first appeared, before later being carried over into furniture, installation and cleaning. Case studies are on the direction’s own site. The direction runs projects on the same principle the rest of the holding carries into physical labour: a task is broken down into stages with a clear result at each one, rather than delivered as one large piece at the end of the timeline. Post-launch support isn’t a separate upsell but part of the standard contract: the team keeps an eye on uptime and updates for as long as the agreement runs. Some of the holding’s internal systems — the CRM for work orders, the photo-record module — were also built by this team, so it holds itself to the code-quality standard first.

07 / QBIX BUILD Active
QBiX Build
An in-house product for the construction industry, built inside QBiX Studio in 2023. The second of QBiX’s two IT products, confirming alongside Menu that the engineering discipline of IT development also works as a standalone revenue source for the holding. The product’s logic grew out of the same management loop used in furniture and installation — tracking stages, volumes and deadlines in a system instead of a foreman’s paper log. The product is developed as an independent platform for construction contractors beyond QBiX, not only as an internal tool of the holding.
